For anyone who doesn’t know, today is Groundhog Day. We here at Two Girls, One Brain know that it may be difficult for some people to find reasons to celebrate this day. As for us, we never have a hard time coming up with reasons for a celebration, so we’ve decided to share some of those reasons with you. (You’re welcome.)
A.) We get to wait for a sleepy rodent to come out of his climate controlled, man made home and tell us if winter is going to last for a long time or a really, really long time.
B.) The movie Groundhog Day, starring comedic legend Bill Murray and his less famous brother…what’s-his-name.
And C.) You can make weird desserts like this one.
Clearly someone took a lot of time, and really streched the limits of their creativity for this one. All I can say is that I hope one of you are lucky enough to receive such a fabulous creation today.
Now that you have your reasons ready, go out and celebrate! It’s Groundhog Day after all.
